Who processes the data
This site is run by a team working on business-process automation under the name weirflow. For anything concerning your data, write to hello@weirflow.com.
What the form collects
When you send an enquiry, the fields you filled in are stored: name, phone, email or Telegram, and your description of the problem. Alongside them the site records technical details of the same visit: the page, the language, where you arrived from, any campaign and advertising tags, your browser type and a pseudonymous visitor identifier — a random value that does not contain your name but does let us recognise a repeat visit. All of it is used to reply to you and to understand where you came from.
Legal basis — your consent, given when you send the form. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to the address above.
The enquiry reaches us as a notification and is stored by the site at the same time, so that nothing gets lost.
What is collected automatically
For each visit the site records: the page, browser language, screen size, browser and device type, where you came from (the referring link, campaign tags and an advertising click identifier, if any), and a pseudonymous visitor identifier — a random value that does not contain your name but does let us recognise a repeat visit. The click identifier is kept so an enquiry can be matched to the ad that brought it.
Legal basis — our legitimate interest in knowing which channels enquiries arrive from.
Your IP address itself is not stored. A one-way value derived from the address and a secret key is recorded instead: it shows that a visit is a repeat one, but nobody outside can read the address back out of it.
We use this to see which channels people arrive from and which ads worked. It is not sold, and goes to no one beyond the processors named below.
Cookies
The site sets no cookies of its own, but it does read them if other analytics or advertising tools have set any. A few technical values live in your browser’s local storage: the language you chose, a visitor identifier and where you arrived from. You can clear them in your browser settings at any time.
Who the data reaches
- A messaging service — carries the notification about your enquiry to us.
- A hosting provider — runs the site and stores its data.
- A font provider — your browser loads the page’s typefaces from its servers.
- A content delivery network — every request to the site passes through it.
All of them act as processors on our instructions, and some of them are located outside the EEA. The data goes nowhere else and is never sold. We will name the specific provider behind any of these on request.
How long it is kept
Enquiries: up to three years, so we can look up our history if we work together again. Analytics: up to two years. Older records are deleted automatically, and sooner if you ask.
Your rights
weirflow is the data controller for anything you send. You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, withdraw your consent, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address above and we will reply within 30 days. If the answer does not satisfy you, you may complain to the data protection authority in your country.
