Busywork eats up your week.
Automation gives it back.
We connect your systems into one process, move the data across, and automate what your team still does by hand — from chatbots to a custom system built around one business. An enquiry, a payment or a document goes through on its own.
- Bot message → contact and deal in the CRM → confirmation to the customer
- Instagram DM → lead in the CRM → source visible in analytics
- WhatsApp enquiry → customer record → reminder for a manager
- Website form → deal in the CRM → email and documents
- Payment → deal status → invoice and accounting
What people usually come to us with
The tools we use every day
What we do
Process automation
Chatbots, CRM, calendars and payments working as one chain instead of five separate tools. The logic lives in code, with version history and backups.
Data in one place
Enquiries, payments and deal statuses from every channel land in one database. You open a finished report instead of stitching spreadsheets together.
When something breaks
We remove duplicates, restore deleted data and fix broken email campaigns. This kind of job is usually urgent, so it goes to the front of the queue.
System migration
We move you off Make, Zapier or monday.com onto n8n on your own server. Your Bitrix24, KeyCRM or HubSpot integrations carry over, data and history come with them, and nothing is metered per operation any more.
AI in day-to-day tasks
Text in your brand’s voice, and draft replies to the emails that come in over and over. We only reach for AI where a plain script cannot do the job.
What we have built
16 finished projects. We cannot name clients — the contracts do not allow it.
Enquiries land in five chats and never reach the CRM
Messenger bots create the contact and the deal themselves and assign an owner. A message that arrives overnight is in a manager’s queue by morning.
Telegram · Instagram Direct · WhatsApp → CRMAds are running, but nobody knows which ones bring money
Payments from the CRM arrive in the ad platforms through the Conversions API. Ads learn from money rather than clicks, and every payment shows its channel.
Meta Conversions API · GA4 · Google AdsThe same customer is in the database three times
We find and merge duplicate contacts and deals: comments, tasks, files and amounts move into one card, and the history survives. Works in any system with an API.
contact and deal deduplication · CRMPaid for the course — now waiting for access
After payment, course and bot access opens by itself; after a refund it closes. Homework, progress and support live as widgets right inside the LMS.
LMS · payment webhooks · status-driven accessData everywhere, the full picture nowhere
We pull ads, CRM and payments into one database and build a dashboard or an admin panel for your process — with roles, permissions and an audit log of who changed what.
own backend · Postgres · dashboards and admin panelsSupport answers the same questions every day
A bot replies from your knowledge base around the clock and hands anything unusual to a manager with the whole conversation attached. Chats export for team training.

Call
The first call is free and takes half an hour. We look at how the work is done now and where the hours go. If there is nothing worth automating, we will tell you that.
Build
Small jobs start at US$150. Bigger ones we quote once we have seen the scope. The price is agreed before anything starts and does not change: half up front, the rest after launch. It all sits on your own accounts and your own server, so the code and the system stay yours.
Support
We keep an eye on it, and when something changes on your side we adjust the system to match. If it breaks, you write to us directly — no ticket queue in between.
- PayPal
- Revolut
- WayForPay
- Card
In Ukraine we can invoice as a registered sole trader, with closing documents.
Common questions
What does it cost?
Small jobs start at US$150; bigger ones we quote once we have seen the scope. The price is fixed before the work starts: half up front, the rest after launch.
Who owns the code and the accounts afterwards?
You do. It runs on your own accounts and your own server, and the code stays with you.
What happens if it breaks?
You write to us directly, with no ticket queue in between.
Why are no clients named?
The contracts do not allow it. So the work itself is described instead: what someone came in with, and what we built.
How does payment work?
PayPal, Revolut, WayForPay or card. In Ukraine we invoice as a registered sole trader.
What language do you work in?
Write in English and we answer in English. We also work in Ukrainian and in Russian.
What happens on the first call?
A free half hour, with no slide deck. Showing how the process works today is enough — a list of your tools or a screenshot.
Tell us what needs automating
A few sentences are enough. We work remotely and reply within the working day.
No call needed
Send us a list of the tools you use, or a screenshot of how the process works now. We will write back with what can be automated and roughly what it would cost. No commitment either way.
